Returns Policy

Our website and online store are designed to provide you with detailed information on our products so that you can make an informed purchase. Please use this information to select the right product for you.

Unless we agree otherwise in our sole discretion, all products are sold on a no return for credit basis. However, we will make exceptions in the following circumstances:

  • The products are received in a damaged state;
  • Incorrect products are supplied to you; or
  • The products are faulty.

If the product you receive is not what you ordered, does not correspond with its description, or is not of satisfactory quality, we will either deliver a replacement product to you or refund the price paid.

If you need to make a claim for credit, please email us at hello@bekyndchocolate.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving or collecting the products. You must provide a copy of your online receipt of purchase  and photographs of the damaged product(s) via email or your claim will be waived.

If we agree to the return of the products for credit, we will notify you of the appropriate procedure to follow to return the products. Please keep any products you intend to return in good condition while they are in your possession.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will make payment as soon as possible, but within 14 days at the latest.
